Return Policy
Important Note
If you need to return an item because you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please Email us   immediately for assistance from our customer care specialists.

TeddyAvenue.com wants you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return your item and it is:
 
  • In new & unused condition
  • In its original packaging and
  • You have had it less than 15 days
Then please read the following return policy carefully - an email link to request a return authorization number is provided at the end of this section. Please note that TeddyAvenue.com phone representatives will not be able to issue return authorization numbers over the phone. Packages arriving without a return authorization number will be denied and returned to sender.
Teddy Avenue is happy to return or exchange any plush purchased from us within 15 days of purchase. All that we ask is that the animal has all of its tags attached and is in the same condition as you received it in.
For whatever the reason, whether it's larger or smaller than you expected, or just 'not quite right', please feel assured that you can send the plush back to us hassle free. Please note that it is mandatory to complete and submit an Online Returns Form to us so you can receive authorization #.
To return merchandise you MUST email us first at csThierry@TeddyAvenue.com to receive a return authorization number
 
 If it was our mistake, we will pay for shipping. Otherwise, the recipient (or owner of the billing card of record) must pay for the shipping (both ways + 3.75% credit card fees). This includes package refusals and packages that are otherwise undeliverable due to no fault of ours. Please note that items may not be exactly as shown, our pictures serve as graphical representations only.

- Teddy Avenue's Warehouse is located in Ontario, for purposes of logistics; all orders will ship from this facility. 
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent out for delivery or have been shipped.
- We are not liable for wrong/incomplete addresses.

Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You are worried by the issue of your privacy? We are too and that’s why it’s one of our priorities. All information (including credit card number) we provide to a merchant, from whom you buy goods or services, is encrypted before transmission. So, only the merchant with the right key has access to your information.

However, the merchants are solely responsible for how they use that information and any other information they independently acquire from you or about you.

Why does your browser have to accept cookies?
Cookies allow us to keep track of the products you purchase in a store until you leave the store in question. Simply put, cookies let you shop in our stores!
